I must say, California Pools did me right! They explained every process to me. The project manager Arther was the best. He knew everything about pools and was patient and explained everything to me. If something wasn't right he had it fixed right away and sometimes just fixed them himself. He inventoried all the parts and drove around town for parts that were missing making sure every sub contractor had everything they needed to complete their phase. When each phase was complete he immediately put me on the waiting list for first opening or cancelation and I ended up finishing up and swimming in about 2 and a half months. Unbelievable because I was scheduled for 4 months and I read in most of the reviews on the web that it took some over a year to complete with other companies.
