We were never pressured to make upgrades or add things that we didn't want. We never felt pressured or pushed to make any decisions during the design phase and during the construction when we did ask for changes, Mike and his team just had a 'no problem' attitude and made the changes. Mike and his superintendent, Dan, were extremely accommodating and understanding with the other construction work we had going on at our home and were willing to work with us and our other contractors to get the project completed in a timely manner.
